The scoring isn't a black box: it explains itself, showing which parts of your profile line up with a role and which are missing, so a low score tells you something useful instead of just a number to ignore.
Why it's sourced this way
Most job boards re-post listings scraped from elsewhere, often well after a role has already closed. Upskly pulls directly from company career pages instead, and only shows roles posted in the last 30 days – so a listing showing up here means the company itself still has it open right now, not a stale archive entry.
